I’m leaving for vacation on Friday afternoon, so I want to make sure I get my important workouts done before then.  I’m already stressed about keeping up with my workout on vacation…mind vs. body nightmare!

Monday 8/8: Hill Repeats (2m warm up, 6 x .25m hill, 1m cool down)
Tuesday 8/9: Strength w/ trainer and 5k easy
Wednesday 8/10: Spin Class
Thursday 8/11: Speed Workout (8 x 800, 2 min rest)
Friday 8/12: 16 mile long run
Saturday 8/13: Recovery walk/jog/stretch
Sunday 8/14: 6 mile tempo

Monday through Friday is aggressive, but I want to get my long run in before I leave!  I will keep everyone posted on my progress!
