A few weeks ago I saved this recipe from www.skinnytaste.com. I forgot about it until a few days ago when my mom packed my Thanksgiving leftover bag that included a big ziplock bag of fresh green beans. Tonight I put the recipe to the test. I didn’t have fresh parmesan but Trader Joe’s grated seemed to hold its own. Oh side note…I also roasted them in a toaster oven 🙂 worked like a charm! No lie, these are AWESOME, simple to make and extremely healthy! I will definitely be making these again soon! This is the perfect side dish to dinner or even on their own as a snack.
