HI!

Just a quick post to give a status update on my 1st day of Christ-fit-mas!  I was at the gym first thing this morning to get it going.

My Workout:

60m of Strength Training with my personal trainer
30m of Interval Training on the Elliptical

DAY 1 = SUCCESS

I’ll update again tomorrow with day 2! If you’re participating in this challenge remember the first couple of days are the most difficult.  Once you begin to get used to the new routine you’ll be well on your way!
