Hi!  If you read my last post you already know that I missed my calorie burn goal last week by 100 calories.  This makes me mad.  To make up for it I’m adding 500 calories to my goal this week.  Go big or go home!

Monday:         60m Run/Power Walk
Tuesday:        60m Strength/30m Elliptical
Wednesday:   60m Spinning
Thursday:      60m Spinning/Core
Friday:           60m Strength/30m Stair Climber
Saturday:      60m Spinning/Core
Sunday:        60m Christmas Day Hike with my family 🙂

Calorie Burn Goal: 4000

*All workouts include self-myofascial release pre workout and static stretching post workout
