Happy Monday!  I’m exhausted, but trying to be perky 🙂 After last week’s 5000 calorie burn success I am toning it down a notch this week.  This week I really want to focus on making sure that I get 3 strength and 3 core workouts in.  I also want to spend more time foam rolling and stretching.

This weeks fitness plan*:

Monday:         40m Stair Climber/20m Treadmill
Tuesday:        60m Strength/30m Elliptical
Wednesday:   60m Spinning
Thursday:      60m Spinning/Core
Friday:           60m Strength/30m Stair Climber
Saturday:      60m Spinning/Core
Sunday:        60m Strength/30m Stair Climber

Calorie Burn Goal: 3500

*All workouts include self-myofascial release pre workout and static stretching post workout
