I hope everyone had a great long weekend! Last week I was able to stick to my goal and get in three solid strength training workouts. It honestly made me feel great and I want to be sure to keep it up.

Monday: 60m Spinning
Tuesday: 60m Strength/Core
Wednesday: 60m Elliptical
Thursday: 60m Spinning/20m Run
Friday: 60m Strength/Core
Saturday: 60m Spinning/30m Run
Sunday: 30m Strength/60m Spinning/Core

Calorie Burn Goal: 4000

*All workouts include self-myofascial release pre workout and static stretching post workout
