I hope everyone had a great long weekend! Last week I was able to stick to my goal and get in three solid strength training workouts. It honestly made me feel great and I want to be sure to keep it up.

Calorie Burn Goal: 4000
*All workouts include self-myofascial release pre workout and static stretching post workout
